Aaron

“Aaron” as he is affectionately known at home, travelled all the way from Sydney to come and live with us at Valache Park. His previous owners Don and Sharon Mahoney had hoped to make him a successful racehorse… but Aaron had other ideas. These days he spends much of his time asleep in the paddock, or munching lazily on some hay! Ben assisted his initial retraining and he became a genuinely quiet ride. Kate had plans to have him ready for the Winter Series Showjumping at Mallala but unfortunately

in Autumn Aaron slipped in his paddock and seriously damaged a

nerve in his shoulder. However, after expert and professional

chiropractic treatment from Dr James Gardiner he appears to be on

the mend, and Kate can’t wait to re-establish her partnership with him.
