Golden Ace Apollo

Apollo is a once in a lifetime pony – kindly loaned to us back in 1995 by Briony Copeland and he stayed! About a month later at their first ever event together at Gawler River Pony Club they came out winners and never looked back! Winners of PCASA Grade 4 State Competition at Monarto in 1998, grade 4 & 3 at Para Plains ODE in 1998 & 1999, and Grade 3 State Championships in 1999 to name a few of their memorable wins. Members of the State Championship winning team of the SADA Dressage Cup in 1999,Apollo turned his talents to Showjumping, representing the LNZ

in the Heine Cup Team. All this in the space of just 12 months – a

superstar pony who took Kate onto the next step in her sport. He is

currently on loan to Sophie Thompson and will come home to Valache

Park to retire.
