Valache Park Bushe Serenade

Sarah was purchased in 1996 as a four year old and she formed a strong bond with Kate as her Dressage competition horse, She trained with both Edgar Lichtwark from NSW and Ruth Schneeberger, SA’s leading Dressage competitor. She was very quick to learn and training for Medium Level when Kate’s passion turned to Eventing. As Sarah was not very brave, the decision was made to sell her. We could not have found a better home than with Natalie Mellors, who represented the South Australia on Sarah at the National Riding for the Disabled Association Championships only six months later. Natalie’s coach Rachel Vincent, who rode the mare before the decision to purchase her for Natalie, paid Kate a great compliment praising her for the wonderful job in educating the mare. Her talent will shine through with this new special partnership and we wish Natalie a successful future.
